The results of our collaboration

You’ll gain clarity about your professional identity, make well-considered decisions, and take control of shaping your next steps.

You’ll develop new perspectives on your situation, identify options, opportunities, and areas for action, and find your bearings during complex phases.

You’ll develop a clearer inner compass that will help you shape your professional future in a conscious and meaningful way.

Who my coaching is for

You’re at a point where something needs to change in your career—or has already changed—such as after parental leave, due to a move to or from another country, or following a career advancement.

You’re looking for guidance during a phase where many possibilities are still open, and you want to gain clarity on what truly suits you.

You don’t want to leave your next steps to chance; instead, you want to shape them deliberately.

How I work

What may seem like a decision-making problem is often a process of self-discovery. I’ll guide you through this process in a structured way: We’ll assess your situation, clarify your professional and personal stance, and use that to develop a clear direction for this phase of your life.

You’ll start with a free initial consultation where we’ll clarify your concerns. Then, over the course of five focused online sessions, you’ll work on your roles, values, and options and develop your next steps. You’ll use proven methods that we’ll apply together to translate reflection directly into action.

My work combines systemic coaching, developmental psychology perspectives, and experience from international organizational contexts.

About me

I hold a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on adult education, am a certified systemic coach, and have conducted academic research on the career development of women across different life stages. In recent years, I have worked in various international contexts where career decisions and change played a central role.

A formative part of my journey was my time living and working in Johannesburg. There, I learned how career orientation shifts when existing structures change and one’s own priorities must be realigned.

I have led programs, projects, and teams in educational institutions, universities, corporations, and NGOs. Throughout this work, I have always been particularly interested in how career decisions actually come about—and which invisible factors influence them.

Today I live in Berlin and work with women in periods of career transition who want to bring clarity to their decisions.
